Registration fees include access to all scientific sessions and exhibition area, congress bag and documentation, certificate of attendance, welcome cocktail and coffee breaks.

To participate to the 9th World Congress for Microcirculation, participants are kindly requested to register in advance.

You can register on-line or download and print the registration form. Fill in and return the form by fax or regular mail to the congress secretariat with the payment or proof of payment.

The group registration is offered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals. Group registration can be completed on line only. To register your participants please click here.

After June 21, 2010 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged of a handling fee of EURO 20,00 (VAT 19,6% included) per name change. A new registration form for the replacing participant will be required before proceeding to the name change. Individuals may make name changes only in exceptional cases.

An invoice and a registration confirmation letter will be sent by the Organizing Secretariat.

Cancellation must be notified to the Congress secretariat in writing (by regular mail or fax) according to the following conditions:

Cancellation on/before August 16, 2010: refund of 50% of the registration

After August 16, 2010: no refund.

- A Gala dinner will be held on Monday 27 September:
